Emmy Award Winning Music Composer for Film and TV

Barnaby Taylor is an established film and television composer. He has produced scores for both the BBC and independent production companies such as Brook Lapping, Tigress Productions, Icon Films & VeryMuchSo productions, and has worked on major strands including Storyville, Wildlife on One and The Natural World. He has composed for a wide range of genres, including documentary, natural-history, commercials, short-film, theatre and radio. Barnaby's compositions range in style from sound-design and beat-driven , sample-based pieces, to acoustic scores and full-piece orchestral works. He has worked with the Royal Philharmonic and BBC Concert Orchestras, most recently on the BBC series' Journey of Life and Europe: A Natural History. A recent projects was the BAFTA-nominated documentary, My Foetus. The documentary, Calling the Shots, was a finalist at the 2005 Hot Docs Film Festival in Toronto, and will be screened on National Geographic Television later this year.
